It is an interesting thing, home sales in quantity are going down yet prices are still increasing in Florida. Florida is No 6 in the hottest housing market!

Home sales in the Sunshine State edged down 0.6 percent in April, while townhouse and condo sales fell 5.3 percent. Still, the median price for all home types rose for the 53rd month in a row.
