I see this happen over and over to buyers, they are not realistic and then miss out on the deal, usually they learn quickly once they miss out.
- Not making your best offer
- Waiting too long to put in an offer
- Not working with a seasoned agent
- Not being prequalified (or better yet, preapproved) for a loan
- Not being prepared for a bidding war
- Not learning from your mistakes
