New development is great however the Downtown Auto Service is being displaced and does not have a new location yet!
Here is what is going there:
Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery is expanding into the remaining space of Victoria Square retail center, the more than 17,000-square-foot building on the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Goodlette-Frank Road.
The 1½-acre corner lot at 2 Goodlette Road S. owned by James and Christopher Shucart, of Naples-based JCS Realty Group. A 6,100-square-foot commercial warehouse that fronts 12th Street South will be razed to make way for a new five-unit retail strip on the northwest corner of the lot.
