I have worked directly with for sale by owner sellers. Sometimes it can be a bit more difficult so it is great when it actually works out. Having a Realtor representing the buyer provides a buffer between emotions for both buyer and seller.

- You shouldn’t think of the home differently
- Laws still apply
- Pricing may be off
