The first few can hurt your property value the last few can help! I don't buy into the superstitions however I know I have had a few clients that have in the past.
- The name of your street (really!)
- Your house number
- Sketchy neighbors
- Mature Trees
- Crown Moldings
- Starbucks
- Yankees paraphernalia
- A death on the property
