I don't think this is necessary the best for everyone in the long term however we have had an interesting past decade which has changed the landscape and we are adapting.
Moving in with our parents is good for us.
Cohousing could fix the housing market.
More local investment can keep neighborhoods affordable.
The new better off doesn't necessarily mean renting for life.
The way we buy homes is changing.
